Interesting article. I know my daughter loved a book that she received as a gift from her grandmother because it was personalized.
Personlized items are a BIG deal to children. Having items like this, that you can order, are particularly great for those kiddos with unusual names that make it difficult to purchase personalized items on the spot.
I love this... I totally agree that it makes a difference to personalize. I made a mixed CD for my daughter's welcoming ceremony when she was born and she loves to listen to it just because it has her name on it (none of the songs are actually about her!). :)
